Eveboard wasn't working correctly on your character sheet but it is fixed now.

13.7 but CCP will have to verify if my 13.5 offer won seeing it was the last post before the day changed. This is according to the EVE time and date that is being used on this forum and also the date stated by Anony. No time was stated so by all means the 00:00 (on this forum) that made it go 27/08/2012 would be the timeline.

If this is the case, this 13.7 offer will be retracted and original bid will be it.

I can be wrong, but this is the general idea by which many accounts are won on a bidding system here.
