Do pod kills give LP in Faction warfare ?

Was looking at things on Dotlan, observed many pod kills in some FW systems, and neighbouring systems, without any corresponding ship kills.

Do pod kills give out LP ?

Yes. It can be quite a lot too. Often more than the ship, depending on implants.

Was thinking this is more along the lines of repeatedly shooting sub-900k sp freeclone alts.

So, LP for capsule with 0 implants might actually be farmable? Ugh

Please podkill plexing alts. It doesn't cost them anything (basic med clone) and quickly returns them to their base of operations so that they can get into a new gunless Rifter and get back to plexing ASAP.

Nothing sucks more than slowly working your way 8 systems back to get into a new Rifter :(
