lol, you could start a new account for 500 million isk and train the pi skills in under 2 weeks. No one in their right mind is gonna buy a PI character that does not have command centre upgrades V and interplanetary consolidation V.

and while your at it you could train another 2 characters PI skills to 4 with the rest of the training time from one plex and the 21 days free.

this char has 1,282,762 sp. in more than just pi. he can also fly and cloak an industrial. p essential skills for pi alts.

1,282,762 / 730 (the number of hrs in a month) = 1757 sp per hr

you could not train three pi chars to this level in 1 month. you could train 1. and you only get 56 days free on a new account. most people do not want an additional account.

1 pi character can generate ~ 200m isk per month from pi in high sec. most people do pi to create p2 materials to mfg **** to make more isk or very important stuff like pos fuel in null and wh space. in which case this char will pay for itself in pos fuel in 1 month.

so for some people, paying 1bn isk to have the character transferred to a existing account and put it to work generating isk immediately, is good sense and worth the cost of 2 month's game time to not have the hassle of buying skill books, creating accounts, plexing additional accounts and waiting .. 30 days.

just because something is not good value in your opinion, does not mean that it isn't attractive to someone else. oh and training command center upgrades and interplanatary consolidation to v is ********. its quicker and better isk return just to train another pi alt to iv. or buy one. like this.

The pi skills are under 14 days and cloaking is what? about 15-16 hours training? and the same again to sit in a badger MK2?
The rest of the skills are useless, even cloaking is useless.

All this character should be doing is PI and hauling the materials, And that is 14-15 days training. You can train 3 of your pi characters on a trial + plex account. If you cant then your doing it wrong.

With 2 remaps and +3 implants the PI skills, Badger skill and cloaking can be trained in under 15 days. Which is 2500sp per Hour. Ill mail you the skill plan if you like.

For about 1.5 billion or less you could buy a character with CCU V and IPC V trained, Hell ill sell them one of mine. CCU V will almost double your planets output & profit and decrease the need for moving PI operations on a planet when resources are used. I should know i do PI myself.

If someone pays 1 billion for this character, then send them my way ive so many PI toons i could do with selling a few and they can have my CCU V and IPC V properly trained PI toons for 1.5 Billion.

But hey, i hope you get it sold.
