I wouldn' think you should have to pay to live in low. Get to know the locals, if they're not arse-holes and enjoy it. Low sec can be lots of fun.

If someone with the ability to crush a POS (if thats what you want) turns up, then it was gonna happen anyway.

i think you pay for safety.

people in eve can't be trusted, i wouldnt mind paying for low sec if its safe and worth living inBig smile

I know what you can pay for , but still in all these years in eve -2004 here - i have never heard someone say they paid for low-sec system.

Look at placid and black rise , look at number of jumps , npc killed and ships lost .That's enough to find a good system for yourself.

yes, a station is needed for what i do and if low-sec has a station theres normally gankers.

other day i saw an ark get ganked.

Ok either your trolling now , wich i am asuming , or you really have no idea how to move around in low-sec.Besides the entry points low-sec is as safe as high-sec IF you use your brains.

Trust me the guys who are gonna propose to you a 'security deal' are gonna rip you off.


Your free to have a chat with me when i am online somewhere this week to talk about your idea's , i have done both the industrial as the low-sec dwelling myself so might be able to help a hand regarding tips but i really would advise not to ask for such a security on the forums.

How do you propose they provide security?

they setup gate camps in the system for you? let no one but you and your corp in?

How about you use temporary alts to scout the gates and stations, and check D scan for probes if others are in system.

After a few days, you may know the regular faces from the irregular ones... and maybe you can come to know which regular dwellers to trust.
