I want a few extra contact levels/Icons that are only for private use So i can use them to do such things as, keep track of falcon and booster alts, friends that are not associated with my corp/alliance smart bomb happy battleships in lowsec, ect. one or two separate icons that are not usable by alliances or corps would make this much easier.

Oh so you want a different standings indicator. Yeah I sometimes felt the need for another color other than the 5 available for the exact thing: to draw attention to some contacts without having to set them -10 or +10. So yeah, CCP, how about implementing a new standing called Personal/Private/Close etc etc. Or assign colors to labels and show them in channels.
