Not sure if this is where I ask a question like this so feel free to move it to the appropriate place.

I put in a petition three days ago regarding a loss of assets and my ability to begin new research jobs (My POS and mods literally disappeared as did the jobs but the system thinks I'm running eight jobs in labs that are either invisible or no longer exist (POS wasn't attacked). I know it's a really weird problem but the game is nigh unplayable on this character since he's a researcher but can't start research jobs.

Is there an email or forum help system that compliments the petitions? I haven't been able to find one.

Thanks in advance.

You can petition by e-mail, yes. Look around the main website and you'll find it.

^^^^^^^^^^^^ is a moron

No the times are long... you need to wait... pretty much that simple.

if you put in another as this idiot said... you are just breaking the rules for making petitions.

I thought he was referring to petitioning when you can't log into the game or access the in-game petition system. What?

Sorry James...

In his second sentence, he says he already filed a petition.

Asset loss petitions are not a priority as it seems 90% of them are people whining that they lost their ship to a gate camp or something similar.

You should have petitioned under a different category.

You will be gotten to. Just not that quickly.

Its a common problem and its only getting worse, I think concord needs to step up their protection of us players, these whales are going unchecked, unchallenged bearing the white hand of the Jove. They ate my family...

Not if he had his Bowl of Petunias mod fitted.

The problem with defending the purity of the English language is that English is about as pure as a cribhouse [lady of commercial virtue]. We don't just borrow words; on occasion, English has pursued other languages down alleyways to beat them unconscious and rifle their pockets for new vocabulary.- James Nicoll

Thanks all. I heard from them last night. I'm still hopeful and the GM who responded sounded like he was going to do his very best to be helpful.
