Where are the lvl 4 Blockade missions?

if you go to 0.0 you'll run into a lvl 4 blockade, just funning, find a hub with high lvl distribution agents I've been offered some really odd ball runs out of....I .... osmon I believe.

I would be wrong, but if i remember correctly i use to get it when grinding ishukone standing in gallente space.

I'm a relatively respectable citizen. Multiple felon perhaps, but certainly not dangerous.

Try Ishukone Corp (Caldari) in minmatar space at Eygfe. Its one of the level 4 agents I use to balance my faction standings and as I recall I got Blockade(angel) mission from them. The mission does seem more prevalent in Minny space though I get other missions like Worlds Collide and Angel Extra. much more often.

When I resubbed few weeks ago I ran some missions in Sasoutikh for Theology council - there are 2 agents and they offer sansha Blockade pretty often.

Its straightforward and easy mission with good bounties - 19-20mil, can be done in 12-15 minutes in nightmare, just pack bunch of tracking enhancers and computers to get your falloff to at laest 45k to pop td cruisers fast.

But imo there are better missions out there (dread pirate for example).

Ugh. Dread Pirate blows so much donkey ass.

Any Extravaganza (except Guistas), anything vs. Mercs, and Cargo Delivery are good... I pray for Gone Berserk.

Khanid Royal Navy and Innovation I used to get it quite often.
Emperor Family I only got it once in 2 months.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

Just got the Serpentis Blockade mission yesterday in the Sheenins II system. Although this is Gallante so probably won't help but the mission is still out there.

I get serp blockades all the time in Gall space, but I can tell you I neither enjoy it nor it's the best isk/hr.

Back when I used to mission a bit, I'd get a Blockade maybe every 7 or so missions. They defintely are given, it's just a question of when

I missioned in Penirgman for the Ministry of Internal Order. Also it's only two jumps from Amarr, which is nice for supplies (the amount of times I forgot to pull in my drones...)

I don't understand the hate on Dread Pirate Scarlet. It's the only level 4 mission in hisec I've pulled wallet ticks on that match my rates for null ratting (30M in a tick). And you can usually go back to the first room, wait a few minutes for the respawn cycle, and get basically a whole second mission.

I've gotten it doing missions for Caldari Business Tribunal in Gallente space, though not very often I think.

As for Dread Pirate Scarlet, it's a very slow mission when you're flying something that doesn't do stellar dps and some of the rooms can get pretty hairy. If you're flying something like a pirate BS with perfect skills you'll probably be happy for the amount of ships but below that it can be both tedious and annoying.

if you are Caldari grab your missleboat L4 mission runner and go down in amarr space where there are some caldari corp agents. You wil get Sansha Blockade: their tracking disruption just does nothing to missiles. You just have to slap on your ship a couple of EM shield hardners and to fit launchers with EM warheads and ... enjoy.

You're all doing it wrong. Blitz with anything that can fit 1400s. Pop Scarlet twice, bookmark the implant can and come back for it when convenient. 10mil in bounties, whatever LP is on offer, and you're out in five minutes tops. Machariel is preferable but hardly needed.

People see the high bounty numbers and get blinded by the fact that running it that way seriously pumps your hourly in ways that just mining bounties can't.

That's actually not as hard as you think, you just need to kill the cruisers first. They generally spawn about 70-80km away from beacon and neut inside of 40km and aren't too fast. I will say that I haven't done that mission in anything but a tengu, so I don't know how well a battleship handles with that, but it's my two isk.

I handle the mission just fine. But I have very good skills and a Nightmare. Someone who doesn't have my skills or DPS, may have difficulties with the mission.

Khopa IX-14 Civic Court L4 agent gave me Sansha blockade 4 or 5 times today. Tengu completes the mission no problem (blitzed in about 10 minutes) or run the full site. Also seems to give good missions generally.

i only like the pirate version of the blockade (against concord) 20-30 mil in tags. 3000m3 loot and shitloads of salvage with the occasional change of getting an concord modified cloaking device worth 400-600 mil.
