It is a lot of T3, but not one of them can't shoot. Subsystems are learned poorly. Armor Compensation and Shield Compensation aren't learned. Remote Armor Repair Systems not in 5. After purchase still there is a lot of months to teach it it is necessary before starting to fly.

As you can see from the description, this is not a actual combat PVP/PVE toon. But very good miner, builder, fleet booster, loggi and hack pilot.
