Check mine out. 12.5M SP, eight level 5 missile skills (I think all of those 8 effect Heavy Missiles). I ran it through EFT, it gets MAX DPS with HMLs and I'm currently training HAMLs :). Forget your high as hell buyout price, mine's 5.5B :p.

This pilot is very skilled, and can handle any rats. Max DPS is definately a plus!
