For me Clear skies doesn't make the list because it's not actual gameplay. I mean... as long as we're at it I might as well put up Halo RvB links if that's how we are going to roll.

W/ regards to Rooks and Kings, I don't know if they are the best around because I don't have the context. I'm not qualified to make that call. All I know is that link I put up was pretty awesome... imagine trying to find a SPECIFIC wormhole. That's awesome.

Just as a heads up, the stuff R&K does is a lot more like a martial art demonstration / kata. Its flashy but not very strategically or tactically valuable. There are other small groups ingame which are creative and utilize tactics that are actually valuable in EVE warfare, like Gypsy Band. R&K is a dude doing slow punches and spin kicks into the air.

You forgot to add links to the vids... never heard of Gypsy Band.

For me they HAD to be there ...

They are Video's, about Eve, made by a fan ... what was the Thread Title again ?????

Wow you sure take it personally... heh. Yah Clear Skies was pretty cool and impressive... but most f it isn't EvE it's some other game. If they had used the Incarna environment... maybe then. Coulda drawn a cartoon or done live action it woulda been the same to me.

Um, triage tactics? Pantheon? refitting in combat, logi blob poster boys, etc. RnK have been at the forefront of fleet tactics for a very long time and, like PL, are extremely interesting to write about from a tactical point of view.

Gypsy Band are a great group too but I don't think they themselves would claim as much influence.
