Why can I not wear it? We're thousands of years in the future and are so advanced we can do pretty much whatever we want, yet I can't chill out in my CQ with this guys ugly hat on my head? What gives? Sad

It would certainly be a nice semi-rare item to add to the Incarna clothes line.
