A watchlist that doesn't vanish after crashing

Logistic pilots all know the misery of carefully setting up your WL for a fleet fight and then crashing when you jump gates. You log back in and you have to build everything up from scratch again, pestering other people to get names, scanning the overview etc. In a large battle this is a miserable experience, so could we please have watchlists that remain active for a few minutes after you log out/crash?

i think first you need the fleet to persist through logout
