What toon i would like to find:

Arrow Preferred Race order: Minmatar > Amarr > Gallente > Caldari

Arrow 60-80m SP

Arrow Engineering 4-5m SP (as many shield and comps skills to 5)

Arrow Gunnery must be at least 13-14m SP

Arrow Spaceship command at least 18-20m+ SP

Arrow Missiles 4-5m SP

Arrow I don’t care/pay for wasted skills (indy-science-leader-trade etc)

Arrow Budget depends the char
