removal of pre-requisite injection of skills

Yeah, what the title says. So basically it doesn't mater what skills you currently have trained to you can inject all the skills that you want to have into your brain, but you can't train them until you meet the minimum skill requirements, or are training the prior skill to meet the requirement. ex, Medium Blaster Specialization IV is withing 23h 59m 59s you can put Large Blaster Specialization I in your training queue.

Having to wait to put the next skill in is a thing from when you had no training queue and needs to be adjusted to meet the current skill training queue. It would also allow players to get the skills that they want and inject them and no fear loosing them by some unexpected gate camp between their home system and the system that has the skill for sale at.

This has been suggested many times... please do a forum search.....

And no.... this reduces the risk you have of holding onto the skillbook before you can inject it... Perhaps if you add the caveat... if your pod dies before you train the skill to level 1, you lose the skill...
