Hey

Im looking for a character with these attributes:

-Have access to level 4 agents. He/she dont need the skills to actually do level 4's. Its the standing that are important.
-Have a name that does not scream 14year old mentally challenged kid.
-A somewhat clean and tidy skillsheet. No ADHD injecting of skillbooks please :)
-Probing skills is a bonus

Budget: 5billion, but lower skilled (cheaper) characters are welcome.
