A) simple proposal for the upcoming changes to super carriers

This is a simple proposal for the upcoming changes to super carriers with over estmated 3000 thousand pilots sitting in super carrier post nurf many of them will not see the light of day many will be move to a unused toon to hold it.

With limited options for super carrier after the nurf many of us saved and trained for a long time to get in one and for them to be more or less unused post nurf it make no sense to punish people who has played a game for years to get the one ship they wanted.

Super carrier are not just given out to people .

Those of us that have them have work hard to get them.

out of the changes many of us would like to see a change to allow them to be built again and used and its a simple change to let them dock and be used as the next level of carrier and logistic ship.

proposed change with the nurf
super carriers are able to dock (NOT TITANS)
super carriers drone bay able to fit 20 fighters and fighter bombers

IMO it would make sense to include super-carrier docking as an ISK sink.

There should be a specialist NPC corp in lowsec and NPC nullsec which caters for their safe secure docking, and they should charge a significantly monthly fee to either the user or their corporation for docking rights. In a manner similar to a corporate office, but rentable individually (to cater for pilots in NPC corps).

As a side note, I want to hurt whoever thought it was a good idea to have almost identical looking post / reply buttons below each other on the quick reply. "zomgwtf where did my text go???"

I think the whole point of the limit to fighters/fighter bombers dronebay is to make it so you pick a whole fleet of one or the other, not interchanged them on the fly. And also, so you don't have a huge supply, so you can't just keep sending out one after another as they get killed.

But docking sounds good. Plus it'd make it easier to change between which drones you have.

Please enlighten us on your toiling to acquire them.

Must be really hard work logging on to a site of ill repute and buying one from the Russians.

Supercarriers don't get bought with honest isk.

All the whining about the forthcoming nerf is down to the fact that most SC's have been RMT'd, and the whiners are attaching a real money value to their purchase.

i just want to find the role for this ship class that will make both party's happy the smeg heads and the super cap holders
give them the ability to dock give everyone a useful ship and for some of us willing to recycle some unwanted supers ether works.

also the bit about the RMT i am sure you can ask vuk about the tec and where most of the super where build.

But you sort of undermined your own argument about how hard it is to get the money for a supercap. Sure, if my alliance made 300B each month, it would be mighty hard for it's pilots to get supercarriers...

I think they should leave super carriers and titans how they are. if you have invested the time then you should have your reward.

Requiring SC pilot to have freighter alt just to switch from fighters to bombers is pretty nasty. Please CCP asking for these things to be dockable is not asking much considering how big the nerfbat you are swinging this time.

Its not like the ship is being taken away from you, after they balance them, you will still be able to pilot the ship
