This is a great character to get in on for your first capital pilot (carrier or dread). I bought him @ 30m sp, and rounded out his drone skills some more to make him a better carrier pilot. He has decent subcap PvP skills for Amarr, including Battlecruisers V, making him a great Oracle pilot.

He's also got Logistics V if you need a good guardian/oneiros/scimitar pilot and he's primed to be trained as a Legion pilot, with all the subsystem skills up to III so far. What this character lacks in specialization he makes up for it in versatility, and is ready to specialize in whatever the buyer wants. Go deeper into capital ships, or go more for subcap PvP, it's your choice.
