I have the entrance to this fine C3 with no effects, it does contain an active Amarr tower in comon d*ckstar formation belonging to these fine folks.

And people would buy an occupied C3 why?

Either people want one for themselves (plenty of empty ones for sale). Or if they like to pew other peoples towers (and who doesnt like bashing a d*ckstar without caps) they usually scout their own to fight.
