PC on Near Perfect Nyx Character?

Looking for a price check on this near perfect Nyx character? or I think its near perfect? or at least very solid. Will turn into a sale thread if the price is what I'm looking for.

Character has a positive balance, 43 Million Skill Points, All Standard Implants, Security Status 0.0, no kill rights, only 3 corps in history.
