Hello I am looking for a dedicated POS booster that is capable of the following.

- T2 Skirmish Warfare Links & Skirmish Mindlinks
- T2 Armored Warfare Links
- Loki or Claymore Pilot
- Wing Command IV

Other leadership based skills/capabilities will be considered.

My price is negotiable but I am not looking for anything else, I am not looking for an 80 mil carrier pilot that can do the above, the money i'm willing to spend will be based on the skill that I need and WILL use. These are leadership skills and the ability to fly leadership based ships.

Hello is a nice character, however I am quite certain that it is a Loki pilot, not a legion pilot I need, unfortunately your character fails to meet that 1 requirement and I am looking for a character that does not require me to train it.
