Connection problems and a response-less support team

So, i have been waiting for about 20 hours for a response or even just a simple explanation as to why I suddenly can't connect to Tranquility. I have done everything I can on my end from re-installing the game to contacting my ISP to see if there is something wrong on my end of things. So far, everything from connection diagnostics to PingPlotter points to CCP servers not accepting my connection requests and there has been no response or even acknowledgement by support staff.
I feel like I should make some kind of label T-shirt saying "I was left behind by Eve Online and all I got was this lousy shirt!"

Is anyone else in North America having connection problems with CCP or am I singled out for something?
Any help would be appreciated.
I would post in Technical Support if I could find one. Cry
