Horizontal Neocom still not ready yet?

In neocom devblog right after the verticalI neocom came out, I remenber CCP said that horizontal one is being worked on and will come out "SOON". and that was like in 2011?

Are there any updates from dev? What took it so long to rearrange the position of some buttons?

The horizontal neocom bar was on the test server around incursion or so.

It's a feature deemed complete.

In a parallel universe CCP would have fixed the annoying flashing animation and many many other things.

Odyssey: Repacking in POS hangars for modules +1,  but please for other stuff too, especially containers. Make containers openable in POS hangars.
