Hello,

Selling myself, I am a perfect Orca boost (my clone has Mining Foreman Mindlink implant). I am also able to use Charon's, Crane and Bustard, and I have Ice Harvesting V and Anchoring V, Starbase Defense Management (Orca are supposed to sit in POS's heh)

If you are looking for a dedicated booster able to also use freighters (it's kinda useful in empire space), then this character is for you.
