Sansha Anom Ships to Use

I have access to all subcap class/races of ships to use for Sansha Anom farming and am wondering what would be the best option? I was considering a Nightmare, however, I'm concerned as most fits I see listed involve a XL Booster + cap injectors. It seems from a isk/hr basis, running a cap injector isn't very efficient. The only two other ships I was thinking about were either a Mach or a Tengu. Any thoughts or advice?

FWIW, I will be running with a carrier from time to time if that makes a difference.

you're looking at mach, nightmare, tengu and are concerned with the cost of cap boosters? really? You rarely need the cap booster if you have any clue what you're doing anyway. plus, your avatar is very creepy....you should biomass
