I dislike the idea of having pirate implant sets and other pirate stuff available through Concord (even though I have few millions of Concord SP), please dont do it. There have to remain a reason people to mission in null.

Learning implants are unavailable for Concord LP. Idk if this is a good idea.
Concord implants, which would follow pattern of Genolution implants, but be weaker than Genolution and like them give multiple bonuses, instead of one large bonus to stats. Genolution implants arent seeded/avail in LP store and arent replaceable, even though they're optimal for some uses.
Concord T2 implant set. Idk what that could be.

Camera Probes

- Launched via Core Probe Launcher (or maybe Expanded)
- Can be sent to Locations you have previously scanned down to 100% or Celestials
- Player may assume vision of them just the same like clicking 'View' on any structure / object.

So basically, a Probe you can Launch, position it where you want manually by flying to that location before launching, or by assigning it to a signature / celestial. Allows players to gain vision of stations, belts, planets, moons, anomalies, signatures and so on, even far behind the range of the onboard directional scan. However, it doesn't make it obsolete, as you will only see things on grid. You will not be able to see people hanging in safespots etc.
Maybe make their view a pop-up, so you can have it like a chatwindow, or make the viewmode 'fullscreen' like the solar system map or the PI interface.

Portable Hole. When in station, you slap this against the hull to see what ships are on grid outside of the station you're in.

Pon Farr Memorial: once every 7 years, all the carebears in high-sec must PvP or they will be temp-banned.

I would like this, if I only had a mind.

This is not a signature.

Wormhole Generator

Black Ops Module
- Long spool up time (5-10 min), long reactivation time
- Consumes Stront (or other fuel)
- Creates a jumpportal to a random wormhole (or k-space system), you can't see where it leads before jumping through
- Very low mass allowed before collapse (the blackops might still jump through it itself, but then it will ofc collapse immediately)
- Only ships able to fit a covert ops cloaking device may use it, as well as BlackOps.
- No k162 for this 'wormhole'

With new Skillbook, ofc. High grade skill, maybe 8x or so. The higher the skill, the less reactivation delay (-5 or 10% per skill)

I'd like to see concord versions of modules that a police ship would be likely to use. On par with navy faction stuff, but perhaps "better" than T2 in different ways. For example, a web with extra strength instead of extra range.

A CONCORD codebreaker would be fun, too.

Sounds like an amazing idea.

okay, imagine you only ever had access to the Concord LP store - no other store. What would you like to see in it? It does not necessarily have to be something that currently exists in EVE

Concord Special Ops Battleship
100% bonus to Smartbomb range
50% penalty to smartbomb damage
200% bonus to ECM burst Range

Basically, all those things that will get you concorded in hi-sec

Honestly though, I'd like to see the concord store selling blueprints for infrastructure upgrades and things which you currently have to buy in hi-sec and ship to nullsec. Future sov related structures should be seeded through the concord store since they're the ones who handle sov in general.

The designer wasn't male ;) but okay!

I love the uniform idea

Making something look good to "women" in terms of "fashion taste" is like trying to make a generic snowflake. Everyone can tell what it is, but it's never going to match more than one of them perfectly.

  • Some way to buy sec standing with LP -- up to -0.01 or something
  • Some way to fix FACTION standings (eg amarr/caldari/minmatar/gallente) with LP -- up to -0.01 or something
  • Concord Faction mods -- I'm sure there are categories that aren't covered by the faction LP stores
  • Concord POS stuff: tower/mods -- focused for high-sec deployment, with limited weapons/defensive capability. Can only be anchored in high-sec
  • Concord "protection" services -- a mod that will improve Concord response time in high-sec. Can consume "ammo" that will summon a concord escort for your ship to deter attackers. Usual Concord mechanics still apply, just that response time will be faster. You can still be sui-ganked, it's just that you will have less time if the target is using this
  • Someone mentioned this before, but "Legal" drugs. eg quafe zero

Items that link nicely back into incursion running.

Consumables would be good

Legal Boosters

Boosters that perhaps nullify the Sansha zonal effects.

Concord Scripts for mods such as sensor boosters/ tracking comps, perhaps with limited number uses.

Still not sure about weapons tech being released by concord but concord faction guns that benefit from T2 skills and can use T2 ammo would be most incursion runners dream.

LP and ISK cost for special insurance that pays out worthwhile amounts for Faction/T3 ships and mods losses.
