Issues, Workarounds & Localization

I'm using Razer DeathAdder for playing Eve. And since mouse software update (to Razer Synapse 2.0) i faced with binding keyboard key on mouse button issue. I bind Ctrl for targeting on mouse button 4 (on the left side of the mouse). Earlier it worked like a real key, if mouse button pressed - Ctrl is on and i can lock target with only LMB clicking, if mouse button unpressed Ctrl is off. But now (with Synapse 2.0) it works another way: after pressing mouse button 4 (Ctrl binded) Ctrl isn't holding, it's On and Off shortly, like just single click on a keybord. This issue appiers only in Eve, in other games mouse binding works like a real key on a keyboard. Can you advise something?
