WTB PVP toon with sollid core skills and no fuzz.

Hello all,

I am rejoining EVE now I got some more time and a new PC that can actualy handle the game. However nice 1mil SP is, it frankly doesn't cut it for my needs so I am looking to aqcuire an toon.

What I am looking for is a PVP toon of any race with sollid core skills, I am not all that interested in T3 or even most T2 ships right away as I plan to fly cheaper hulls for the coming months till I feel comfertable to fly hulls and fits worths billions again and prob loose them in some way obvious trap :)

My budget is 10-14bil and 14 is the max, if you toon won't go for 12 than for the shake of saving the only resource in life we only get less from I suggest you don't come to me :)

As said The char should have sollid core skills, this means tank, guns, t1 ships, basic ewar ertc. If you have industry SP, science, capitals expect to get nothing for the SP put in those areas I simply do not have a bennefit for them and thus I see no use paying for them.

Seems like what you need. T2 guns, falcons and rooks etc with good core skills.
