Want to buy pilot that can:

Pilot:
* Hulk
* Jump Freighter
* Frigate


Fittings:
Must be able to fit T2 for those ships. IE: Hulk must fit T2 strip modules, T2 Cargo Rigs ect


Must have minimum skills of:
Drones Level 5
Jump Skills Level 4
Shield Skills Level 4/5


Optional Extras (Bonus but not required):
*Trade Skills
*Manufacturing Skills
*Science Skills
*Able to pilot a Orca

Budget: Undisclosed. Please post what you have.
