Dust 514 beta keys, can they negatively affect my EVE accounts?

Basically I'm not gonna use them myself (no PS3), so I was thinking of giving them away. But can abuse of these beta keys have a negative effect on my EVE account if the users do not behave well?

The CCP code is used to choose the PSN region code for dust
Dust accounts are linked to the PSN account who used the code.

Obviously, I'm just covering my bases by asking questions first rather then regretting giving away the key later.
