i have being looking for a Minmatar toon for like the past week now and all i see is Amarr or hulk toons lol wtf is going on granted there is some nice toon in there but i dont have 20b budget lol am i missing something guys

If by "toon" you mean character, it could be a gap in the market. People will sell a trained up character, but for a cheaper one, maybe not as many sellers because you could just train one yourself? Smile

Perhaps lol you've just been looking at the wrong times lol Are you checking more than the first page lol You could always ask in the buy orders lol

Nope, using "lol" for punctuation doesn't really help the sentences at all.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

I know someone who sold a toon to buy another one. The guy he bought said toon from had been breaking the EULA somehow, buying isk through 3rd party or something. He transferred the isk from the sale of one toon to the character he bought, only to log in and find a GM had raked 22B out of his wallet and left him 22B in the negative. He now has had a petition open for 6 days and cannot play. They didn't even talk to him 1st or email him or anything. Just took his ISK. Since this is the way the GM's handle such things, it may be best if they did just kill it.

Since CCP gave the ISD free reign to edit and modify your post it's to dangerous to get involved with character sells. ISD pretty much destroyed the bazaar. I have 3 ready to sell and a couple more just about there. They're just going to collect dust untill ISD is disbanned.

The market is very much alive. It's very sensitive to rumors and people playing it are thinking months in advance at least. Speculators abound. It's not easy. If you notice miners drying up or going way up in price, that says something about the state of mining and the demand for those characters. Generally speaking the market is very efficient and reacts very quickly to new information.

tl;dr; that's just how it is.

My first guess would be that Minmatar players are very happy with their characters. I see plenty in corps, in fleets, in space. Hell, I rolled a Minnie alt and I'm quite happy with subjecting him to menial slave mining in a t1 frigate with meta 0 lasers.

Perhaps it's time you rolled your Slave Alt too.
