Looking for well trained Loki pilot with smth about 15-40mln SP...

Budget -- 6..9 bil isks, but it's possible to increase

3 bonus remaps available - 9 bil

If no sale & after a few combat scanning skills, I will use one of the remaps to go cha/will & knock out leaderships skills for him next., Then price only goes up.
