What are the best implants for a moros?

Slot 7 > Ogdin's Eye Coordination Enhancer
Slot 9 > Eifyr and Co. 'Gunslinger' Surgical Strike SS-906

Any other?

It depends on what you want:
The mindlink gives you 7% more DPS but it costs more cap and ammo
The hardwiring gives you 6% more DPS but it costs no additional cap or ammo

actually the 7% rof give more than 7% dps, it will give 7.52% more dps. Not a big difference, but just saying.
