So... has anything happened while I've been gone?

I've been out of the game since about 12 months ago when supers were nerfed.

Since then, I've checked the dev blogs and forums once a month or so. I've seen basically nothing about new gameplay. Incarna is stalled, nothing in space but a few tweaks to frigates, etc.

So have I just missed the big news? Is there anything on the horizon?

[u]The nerfs to supercaps will cause more super pilots to join the largest alliances who can properly "support" their deployment, further concentrating firepower/wealth in EVE. The end result will be fewer "fun" fights, and will hurt EVE in the long run.[/u]

Nope, you know, rehue a few ships, fix a few bugs, take the art from one class and make a "new" ship.

Tier 3 battlecruisers are probably the biggest change to gameplay that I can think of right now. Some new modules as well. Loads of graphics enhancements. Some changes to wardecs and faction warfare.

Maybe you've missed the important NASA mission to discover new planets and stuff alike, or maybe new elements of the strings theory that actually became the M-theory (membranes theory).

Other than that nothing really exciting, humans are still stupid and Eve players still bad.

So what have you done for all this time? -hope you had some fun thou.

New inventory, tool-tips, mining barge changes, insurance nerf, wardec changes, tier 3 battlecruisers. Oh, and a bunch of people lost a lot of nullsec territory to TEST. Smile
