I recently purchased a pilot from a corp mate. This transaction required the corp mate to drop corp on that pilot, then make the transfer.

I received the pilot and reapplied to corp. Director guy somewhere hit accept.

I'm still in a public corp. I apply again. Director somewhere hits accept.

Yet I'm still in a public corp. After inquiry, someone finally tells me that this pilot can't rejoin corp within a week because CCP is automatically rejecting the app because of war decs.

Now I understand the purpose behind the waiting period, so that people can't abuse the mechanics to avoid war decs, but why the hell don't I get some kind of notice?

The director (or whoever clicks accept) gets some kind of popup, and yet the person applying to the corp gets absolutely no indication from the game as to why they're not changing corps.

Please put in some kind of notification explaining to the player that CONCORD or whatever will not allow the player to a rejoin a corporation at war within X more days.
