pilot is maxed for skirmish and siege T3 or command boosting ( incl defensive subsystems at 5 for tengu and loki )

also a very good tengu pilot

still too many unneeded skills
i dont want any other skills except whats needed to max boost T3's

and on a side note... you gotta be high if you think your gonna get 16b for a 29m sp pilot
