Have all ships been V3-ed now? I know the 4 races have, and angel ships, are there any others left?

Tech 3 cruisers and capitol ships have not been done to my knowledge.

All capital ships are yet to be done, as are a few one-off ships. Also, I'm not sure if the ORE ships have been done, or if it's just the Orca that's left on account of being a kind-of-capship.

various dev only ships, Concord, All capitals, and t3 have not been V3ed

All pirates, ORE, the 4 faction sub caps have been v3ed.

Rule of thumb. If it does not have the new clean faction logo. It is not done.

Hmmm question, have the faction varients of non-player ships been done yet, such as Roden Megathrons.

When they v3 a ship, that includes all factions and corps that use the ship.

No, that is not the case. Tech 3 ships started the whole V3 fad. Thats why T3 ships looked "different" [most notably caldari] than T1/2 etc.

Don't forget that stations, outposts and all other in space constructs (POS, Billboards, Mission structures) will need to be done as well.

Once that is accomplished they can do all of the nifty special lighting and effects work that they want to do (system lighting, weapons flares reflected on hulls, etc.)

All they have to do now is find a way to apply v3-shaders on capital ships ( or any other object of similar size) without making it look like pixel vomit , thanks to the awesome resolution they have..

My understanding is that Tech3 ships are not the V3 standard but were an improvement on other textures at the time they were launched. Perhaps this improvement led to V3 with the most needy ships going to the front of the queue?

They were done first with Caldari, much improved - apart from people arguing about navy cammo, especially on the Comet.
