Even tough i know better i keep reporting isk spammers.. but now i am recieving awnsers in my petition that i need to use the isk spammer report button..

Well thats nice and all. but that fecking button only works when the spammer is in local and not when you recieve evemails..
I cannot tell the gms that trough the petition because they close it straight away.

So ill post this just once.. if you want me to fecking use the button .. then make it available!

Perhaps what you should be asking is:

CCP. Can you please remind you're staff that nothing pisses the playerbase off more than being IGNORED. someone is taking the time to report something to help YOU with YOUR game, to have one of your'e staff read the first 3 words and click a button to flick it away without care or second thought.

This goes to reflect how much you care about the game - if you cannot bother to read a report properly - it causes more delay's and wasted time in further communications where all the player does is repeat their initial message in a more dumbed-down way, hoping that it will finaly sink in.

Still dont understand?

CCP your'e car is parked in a public carpark, a CCP subscriber see's a person trying to break into you're car, and tries to warn you via petition. You read the first three letters "someone is stealing" and instantly click the button that sends out a generic responce about how theft in game is allowed.

In the mean time - your'e car is stolen, taken for a joyride, used to crash into a Bottlo and then dumped all scratched and dented up. How much time do you waste filing a police report, waiting for the car to get repaired, etc.

Same ****. Hopefully layman's terms will get it thru to you this time?

Who am i kidding, your'e CCP!

What category you used for petition? I've petitioned 2 isk-selling evemails, category rules / harrashment, topic: ISK selling evemail, message: I just received this ..copy pasted evemail..

In both cases I got standard reply for harrashment petitions (~we'll check it, we cant say more~) but I wasn't told that I did something wrong.

@ malaire

i use "GROUP" Rules & policies "Category " EULA & Terms of Service to report my isk spamming eve mails.

And if you see an isk spammer in local you can right click on his name and use the bottom option.. " Report ISk Spammer"
an option which should be available in your eve mail aswell..
But sadly not any reaction from ccp at alll

i got a feeling they use names from out of the GTC selling forum tough..

You are correct, the ISK spammer button does not work when someone is using EVE mails. If a GM told you to use the ISK spammer button while you mentioned in your petition that EVE mails were used then the GM in question made an error.

If you encounter another ISK spammer like that, please file a petition (from your client, as email petitions cannot specify a category and will take time to be sorted) under the "Harassment" category and put the following text in the subject "EVE mail ISK spam" and provide the name of the ISK spammer. Do make sure to be clear about the fact that EVE mail is being used.

Currently it is my day off, but when I get back into the office I shall try and find out if this is was a fluke or if this is a type of mistake that happens more often and needs to be acted on.

It is good to know that you take an interest in eve outside of work.

the world is getting brighter every day, even if it is slightly tinged with ginger.

I recently reported two mails I got advertising Isk selling sites. Filed a petition under the EULA & Terms of Service category and copy/pasted the mail in question in the petition.
I got a very swift reply (in less than an hour) thanking me for reporting it, that they would look into it and that they would take action as soon as possible.
The next day the characters that had send me the mails didn't exist any more.

That's good enough for me.

would be easier to go with the time.. since isk spammers have found this flaw.. you rarly see them broadcasting in local anymore.. however you do get **** loads of spam trough eve mails.. .

And report eve mail isk spammer option would be greatly apreciated... or an eve mail adress where we could just forward the eve mail to.

It's not as prevalent as it used to be. I've got ISK spamming EVEmails when I have been afk in tradehubs like Dodixie or Jita. For chat-spams I've seen that in Help-channel and local-chat in tradehubs.

Sometimes I see many in few days and at other times none for week or more.
