Which are the most "Super Reliant" Alliances?

Two questions:

1. Which alliances in EvE are the most reliant upon supercarriers and titans in order to maintain their territory and power?

2. Which alliances do you think will be least able to adapt to an increased role for sub-caps?

1. PL. And others like them that are a big powerbase but dont hold sov.

2. All of them that have fielded nothing but supers for the last 6 months. Look at major battles from evenews24 and look for the people who randomly jump in nothing but supers.

Jumping in 20 SC's killing 1-2 SC's then jumping out, while completely ignoring the huge subcap fleet next to you will no longer be possible.
