A is worse. 7 Mission Bot High Sec Ravens pouring ISK into the economy while bring very impractical gank targets vs 1 guy at his computer screen playing the game to fund ISK to actually use all 7 seven accounts.

You say guy with 7 accounts PvP'ing. I say another small gang to form up and fight against.

As has been stated numerous times IsBoxer is not botting and as the previous GM post has stated, multicasting commands to multiple clients is allowed.

I would also like to see the devs speak up on the use of the Video FX feature in IsBoxer. Seems to me that a lot of players who use IsBoxer, also use the Video FX feature, but it hasn't been ruled on by the devs in any official capacity.

It would also be nice to have a more up-to-date mention of multiboxing, but based on the comments from the CSM mintues on multiboxing, the devs just want to stay non-commital on the subject, which I can understand. That said I prefer my games to have very clear rules so I know what to do and what not to do.
