Sub-capitals are useless in fleet fights

So people say sub capitals are useless in fleet fights only because their the logi ship of the capital world now after reading the dev blog on them on what their gonna change. to sub caps

The changes we're making should have a big impact here. Capital ships will have fewer drones to attack sub-capitals. Fighters will deal less damage to sub-capitals. Superweapons won't be able to shoot sub-capitals. Supercarriers will have fewer reserve fighters and fighterbombers, so having your sub-caps take down fighters and fighter bombers will have more of an impact on the fight.

so you never flown a super carrier right? why should 2 super carriers kill 20 dreadnaughts... or 50 battleships or 200 cruisers?

When exactly is the last time you heard about 2 super caps Killing 20 dreadnaughts. or 50 battleships or even 200 cruisers. the problem behind Fighter bombers vrs cruisers is if they are fitted with an AB or MWD the fighter bombers wont hit them

Wait two super carriers on thier lonesome sinking 200 cruisers? Something isnt right here, those cruisers should have been able to defang the super carriers.

What is amusing is the two supers would have much more EHP than all 200 cruisers added together:

200x 30k (been generous here) - 6mil EHP

Each MS - 22 mil EHP (and thats low end)

Also Smart Bombs + Neuts + remote reps between the MS would make it an easy fight for the MS.

A mom will sitll put out as much dps as a sieged dread, and it can move around.

just get some friends in hugginns and a fighter bomber or fighter will hit anything.


BTW ccp tallest said they werent going to nerf nomral fighters.

Also please support graphical immersion, bring back the art that brought people to EvE online originaly.

which is the problem. a super should be near helpless vs a roaming gang.

I can see why you're concerned. Your alliance is going to be one of the first ones taken out by the supercap nerfs.
