Last time i read CCP charts, it looks like 90% of eve's playerbase is either 0.0 dudes or Hi-sec players. So u might want to rephrase your statement a bit.

Now for the OP, yeah in the worst case CCP looses all those 10% pirates/low-sec players, including u it seems. Than again who do u think gives a s...? The hi-sec guys? The null sec guys? CCP?

I hafta agree, gate guns hit small ships way too hard for them to be useful at camps, though I don't think they should be able o overcome a capital ship's defensive grid.
