I'm curious: is there a change in the mood in the CCP building since that fateful day? What's your take on the situation? What's changed?

Not anymore. Why be constructive with CCP they could care less unless they lose money like they did.

Though I do suspect a whip was used in some of those methoods.

The fact that it had to get to that point of them losing tons of money is what disgusted me with them.

And that apology that came way to late and should have been a video so we could judge the mans TONE.

PVP, supers, low sec, plexing, lag, the **** that ccp said they would do but never did.

How to would be to long to type.. and ccp dont care
