Up for grabs is a fabulous system in the drone regions! It is a dead end system, making it easily dependable/bubble-able. It has a Minmatar refinery station for all your industrial needs. Tons of planets and moons for your POS related needs, especially industry related stuff. Fairly high level moongoo (a few surprises you can see for yourself, should you choose to buy it). Plenty of asteroid belts for your miners, and a great supply of hidden belts too. The system is unratted so the belt rats barely do any damage, and the system has a high industry belt, meaning many and frequent Grav sites. Even the normal belts are chock full of ABCM, and ice and prime ratting systems are easily reachable within a few jumps. Tons of planets for you or friends to do PI on. Enough planets for you to make close to any of the highest tier goods. Fairly close to an empire exit too. 2-3 jumps via jump freighter if you have good nav skills to get to one jump out of highsec.
