Precise details about module changes etc. Basically, stuff that hasn't been made available unless you want to dig through data dumps of diff files.

Define “complete”.

Patch notes will be posted ±3s before the servers go down, as usual. Beyond that, it should all be presented and available on sisi by now.

A small thing from SiSi: Incursion OTA's will be tweaked ( go at it again Null/LO SEC shiney fittings are no longer necessary to crack the Mara tank )

If you want to know the changes before CCP decide to release them, YOU have to use the TEST SERVER or the SEARCH ON THE FORUM. Quit the whining about fail and get off you lazy ass, and stop expecting everyone to do everything fore you.

I'm a relatively respectable citizen. Multiple felon perhaps, but certainly not dangerous.

If you use t1 frigate with t1 fitted modules you wouldnt need shiney fitting to break Mara, but hey thats efford and you dont like it.
