Nice toon, but max you'd expect for a char that isn't specialised and has 30m SP is 12B

On top of that you have a negative security status which will put a lot of people off. I'm not fussed about this as I'm a pirate, but I'd say 85-90% aren't and this restricts the toon heavily unless you're prepared to take it to null to rat it up.

The fact that you have a neg sec status needs to be noted in your OP as does location and wallet.
