A explanation for my nerdrage

I feel the need to explain my nerdrage.

See, my supercap was the last supercap off the NC's production line before our shipyard was burned to the ground by the Russians.

I only got to use it against one small POS before cynoing it out to a personal POS in a low sec system and putting it to sleep. It has been sleeping for the last few months now.

So if I don't get at least ONE good fleet fight out of it before the nerf, I am going to take it to the Goon homesystem and self destruct it on their station. I would do it in Jita, but I don't have GM alts/friends like some people.


* I figure I owe the forum this explanation for my tears which have been filling the Hoover Dam as of late. I do hope that my f0rum poasts have been giving you all a good "end game" experience.

You know that people have been talking about a Super Cap nerf for the past few months and you had plenty of time to sell it.

People are so laughable, I doubt you've ever even seen a supercap up close, so why would your opinion matter?


Although I have to admit, I do look forward to the virtual tear factory when people start losing big ships do to failed aggro countdowns or DC's. That may make this whole nerf issue meaningless....

Doesn't explain the tears. There are changes being made to a ship that you own but haven't used for months .. why be sad when it won't affect you?

By the time you get back into a blob, where you are obviously most comfortable using it, the dust will have settled and tweaks made to soften the initial nerf.

At any rate, the "new" SC's are still infinitely better than the Mom's of old .. they were just over-buffed those 2-3 years ago. If you have to shed tears then do it for Eve in general as we are surely all doomed if it takes CCP two full production/planning cycles to realise something is amiss (read: supers should have been nerfed 18 months ago!).

To me a ship you can't dock is useless to begin with. Just my personal opinion. I'm not saying it should be changed, I'm just saying I would never by a ship I can't leave.

Right. I've never seen a Super Cap.

Heck, I've never been out of highsec. The big world of PVP is scary to me. I wish PVP players would not bother us terrified carebears.
