Recoil IV has been reported for refusing to follow CCP rules of char transfer and state where the character is located who is being sold. Both refused in original post and in response to post above this one! Recoil IV is not following CCP rules. Dodgy.

Rude and unreasonable. Wouldn't buy from you on principle now. I offered up to 9 in game and then even asked how low he'd go when he refused that. He won't go below 15 billion as is, with current sec status and SP.

Waste of time and space.

I just wanna try something different I guess, never used/trained missiles on my old main, thinking of getting a Caldari pilot to play with is all. Maybe join some CTA's.

Budget for me to buy a new toon is around 10bill. Get back to me here if you see any good ones and I'll pay a finders fee of 500mil to the person who finds me the toon I buy.

Rattlesnake (with or without gal BS, I can train that separate) - but good drone skills, missile and shield tanking
Tengu would also be nice.

+ Other sub-cap Caldari missile ships I can play with.
