I had a couple of questions about courier contracts. I made a contract for my hauler alt and noticed I could unpackage the ships that had in the courier package. They split from the plastic wrap and I was wondering if this voids the contract or if it could be reassembled. what is the effect of doing that and can I always see what is in a courier package?

A second question is can I take a contract wit this character and then subcontract it out to mt hauler? how would i do that exactly?

thanks for any info you can give me about this.

doing anything with the contents of a plastic wrap will mean that you can't complete the contract. Look, but don't touch.

As for subcontracting it, yes, but.

You can't put a plastic wrap with a container in it, into a contract. In that instance, you'd have to station trade it.

thanks for the reply! so I guess i lose the collateral when i unpacked my own haul which is no biggie obviously. And I take it that you can never split up courier packages if you cannot unpack them then. There is an assemble option but it does nothing.

Looks like you shouldn't have used a courier contract.
Use a personal item exchange contract to your alt instead.
