Cant find the right place to ask this, so tell me tha if...

But any idears of much i need to mine, for "Industry" to go from lvl 0 to 1 ?

Think have to mine for like 1 min and some seconds, next lvl mine for 30 minutes, then have to mine for 3 hrs or so, then 17 hours, then last lvl mine for 4 days to finish and have perfect industry.

You're question doesn't make sense. You don't gain skills by doing, you gain skills by training. You need to buy the industry skill book, inject it, and train it up to "level" it.

All skills increases are done by training, not by using the skills.
