Recommendations for a Nullsec Hulk

I'm pretty close to flying and acquiring a hulk, so I want to have a fit ready for when I can fly it.
Here's what I came up with:

[Hulk, Null Mining]
Damage Control II
Power Diagnostic System II

EM Ward Field II
Thermic Dissipation Field II
Pithi A-Type Small Shield Booster
Drone Navigation Computer I

Modulated Strip Miner II, Veldspar Mining Crystal II

I dont think a 500mil booster is expensive enough.
see if you can fit a CN invuln to go with it.

High
3 strip miners

mid
2 domination hardners
1 gist b small shield booster
survey scanner 2 or empty (skill dependent)

low
2 mlu

you can tank multiple BS spawns with it

Wait till barges and exhumers get redone in inferno 1.2 and then take a second look. From what I can see you might be better off flying a skiff or procurer if you're not going to be in a fleet.
